Our progressive tumbling program is designed for athletes ages 5 and older and is divided into five skill-based levels.
Whether your child is just getting started or training advanced tumbling skills, there's a class designed to meet their current ability.
As athletes move through each level, they develop increasingly difficult skills while continuing to improve technique, strength, flexibility, and body control.
Students work toward mastering skills such as:
- Forward and backward rolls
- Cartwheels and round-offs
- Back walkovers and front walkovers
- Back handsprings
- Front and back tucks
- Advanced tumbling combinations
Every athlete progresses at their own pace, with coaches ensuring each student has mastered the required fundamentals before advancing to more difficult skills.
